mission, the Eitzah Center for Congregational Leadership offers
various programs to rabbis, professionals and lay leaders.

Professional Education for Excellence in the Rabbinate
(PEER)
PEER is a year-long institute that trains
rabbis to become effective spiritual and organizational leaders
of their synagogues.
Transitional Training Institute
The TTI is a two-day residential session
for rabbis who wish to effectively manage their exits from and entrances
into congregations and for congregational leaders who are involved
in seeking, selecting, and working with new spiritual leaders.
Lay Leadership Institute
The LLI is an individually designed residential
program for congregational lay leaders engaged in efforts to help
lead and transform their synagogues.
Boot Camp
The boot camp is a two year residential
program focused on change, stability and designed to help rabbinic
students planning to enter synagogue life prepare for their roles
as congregational leaders.
Good to Great
The Good to Great residential program is designed
to enable experienced, successful rabbis develop their rabbinates
in ways that will allow them to have significant and profound impact.
Community 2.0
Community 2.0, the next step in organizational
development, is a two year process in which the best and brightest
local teams of synagogue and organizational leaders both strengthen
their individual institutions while collaborating to create imaginative
and vibrant Jewish communities.
Professional Leadership Institute
Individually designed one or two day institutes
for cantors, educators, executive directors, and other Jewish professionals
who are engaged in efforts to help lead and transform their synagogues.
