The Eitzah Center for Congregational Leadership also offers four services to individual leaders, synagogues, and the wider community.

Coaching
Stemming from our core belief that on-going
relationships are the key to real change, we offer coaching as an
on-going service for those who have completed one or more of our
Institutes or programs. In fact, we believe this is one of the key
components that sets Eitzah apart from most other leadership training
seminars. Coaching can focus on topics learned at an Institute,
an action plan set up by participants and Center staff, and/or occasional
problem solving. This additional coaching is arranged on a contractual
hourly basis with one or more of the Center staff.
Synagogue Growth and Development
Just as there are no perfect people, there are no perfect synagogues. Yet problems can be viewed as negative marks against the congregation, or as opportunities for growth and development. The Center is available for the facilitation of organizational development within synagogues coping with changes. Services involve: strategic planning, facilitation of meetings to develop visions, strategy implementation, team building with staff and/or lay leadership, succession planning, and other aspects of organizational development. These services are arranged on a contractual project basis with one or more of the Center staff
Research and Evaluation
Eitzah is also committed to generating and sharing knowledge about the practice of synagogue leadership and development. Under the auspices of the Center, faculty and other researchers will design and carry out research projects to increase our understanding about the particular issues that arise in the context of leading synagogues and the most effective ways of dealing with those issues. The results of such research will be widely disseminated through publications and other media. Center research projects will be funded through grants, donations, and contractual projects.
